Let’s Talk...

Q: I hear spin is really hard. Do you have to be physically fit to take a class?

*A: Nope! Our instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels. At Bootys, we truly believe It's YOUR Ride!

Q: This will be my first class. Where do I start?

A: We recommend our Spin and Stretch class. It's a lower intensity ride that will ease you into the saddle.

Q: What if the first class isn't the right fit?

A: If your first class didn’t feel right or didn’t offer the type of workout you were looking for, don't be discouraged! Try a few more! Each of our instructors are unique with different taste in music, cues and class format. Spend some time seeking out the right fit, and you'll be hooked in no time! 😃

Q: What do I need to wear and bring with me?

A: Comfortable clothes and sneakers, water, a towel and a smile! We'll take care of the rest!

Q: Does spinning hurt your butt?

A: Expect some discomfort but don't let that stop you! It's temporary and after just a few rides your booty will adjust! 🚲

P.S. We got you covered! Talk to us about a padded bike seat.

Q: How long is a typical class?

A: Our classes run 45-90 minutes, depending on the format and type of class.

Q: Can spinning help me lose weight?

A: Spin can burn anywhere from 200-1000 calories in a single class, depending on duration and intensity level. It's a real calorie torcher, and combined with a healthy, well-balanced diet, YES to the weight loss Q! 🙌

Q: How much does a class cost?

A: Single/drop in classes are $10. We do offer cost saving class packs. See our "class schedule and pricing" page for more information.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 508 Dickson St. Suite 6 in Wellington, behind the old Mercy Hospital. For additional info, see our "contact" page.

Q: How do I sign up for a class?

A: Simply click on our "book now" button! That will take you to a scheduling page and our class lineup. It's that easy! 🙌

Happy booking and see ya' in the saddle!🚲😃
